I am British born and come from a dual heritage
background and I have been involved in the
counselling field since 1997. Through my work
I recognised that including a spiritual dimension
to counselling and psychotherapy can be very
helpful to healing and wholeness, and to lead
to a more authentic life.
This led me to train in Psychosynthesis at the
Institute of Psychosynthesis, London, whose
degree programmes are validated by Middlesex
University. I am a fully qualified Psychosynthesis
counsellor and psychotherapist. I am a registered
member of the United Kingdom Council for
Psychotherapy (UKCP) and I am accredited
with the Association for Psychospiritual
Practitioners (APP).

I have no doubt that there is an inherent
integrity to every human being and that
accessing and embodying this is a journey
in itself with its peaks and valleys. This is
why grounding or anchoring the human
spirit is so essential, because it helps us to
come into a much fuller experience of the
here and now. Psychosynthesis counselling
and psychotherapy greatly facilitates the
journey to being more present in our
personal and professional relationships,
and in the world.

I am a highly qualified nurse specialist in a
comfortable private clinic in Wandsworth South
West London. I possess three decades of nursing
and medical knowledge specifically in Oncology
and Breast Cancer Care. With almost 15 years as
a colonic irrigation practitioner I feel confident
that I possess the expertise needed to put you
at ease.

At the Hydrotone Colonic Clinic, you will find a
friendly and empathic practitioner that truly has
your wellbeing at the forefront of each session.
My mission is to empower you to gain control
over your constipation for example, and by doing
so it involves you taking responsibility for your
digestive health.

My approach to the treatment is to highlight how
your diet, exercise and stress affect the way you
cope with your digestion and ultimately the
elimination process.

Leo Maria
Holmes
I am a Naturopathic Nutritionist, Holistic
Practitioner and Reiki Master & Teacher in
the Usui Tradition with an unbroken lineage
going back to Mikao Usui. I studied at the
College of Natural Nutrition holding a
Practitioner Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition.
With over 18 years experience, I started my
professional practice at Putney Bridge Clinic
and currently work from home in Wimbledon
and from Samsara Mind and Body in
Southfields. I am currently studying for a
BSc in Naturopathy.
My Reiki certifications include Reiki Master
Practitioner/Teacher, Intuitive Reiki, Professional
Reiki Development and Reiki Science from the
Reiki Academy London. I have also studied
advanced healing techniques with Lars Muhl
and am London’s premier Zephorium Reiki
practitioner.

Professional bodies include: Federation of
Nutritional Therapy Practitioners, the CThA,
UK Reiki Federation and the Complementary
and Natural Healthcare Council which allows
me to work within the NHS as a Reiki
Practitioner and Reflexologist.
