IF YOU CANCEL

You can cancel your place up to 2 weeks before the Reiki two day course for a full refund minus £10 administration fee. If your cancellation is received less than 2 weeks prior to the two day course we are only able to move your payment to another course date (subject to availability).  If you can’t attend for health reasons, on presentation of a letter from your GP,  your payment will be moved to another course date.

 

There are no refunds for Reiki Shares.

 

IF I CANCEL

A minimum of 6 people are needed to run the course. I will notify you a week before if the course will not go ahead.  In this instance or for any other unforeseen circumstances on my part I will give a full refund of your payment by bank transfer immediately.

 

We respectfully ask that you support us and your fellow attendees by adhering to the following:

 

Some attendees are electro-sensitive so please place mobile phones onto flight mode and switch off.

 

No recording or filming is permitted. 

 

You agree that your participation in this event is voluntary. Furthermore, you assume any risk associated with participating in the event, and release Leo Maria Holmes & Nutrition and Light from any and all claims of loss or damage that may arise from your participation. Such releases are without limitation and include legal fees, personal injury, property damage, and any other losses or damages suffered by you.

 

If you volunteer to give a video or written testimonial, Leo Maria Holmes & Nutrition and Light reserve the right to use these without your expressed written permission for publicising future courses on digital products/websites/social media.

I understand that the training I receive is for educational purposes only and that it is not a substitute for proper medical or psychological treatment.

 

I am physically fit enough and capable of participating in event without undue risk.
